The prices are amazing and they have almost everything there from accessories to perfume coats to clothing even have home goods stuff there toys games and all kind of gadgets and it’s always busy Christmas was nuts the parking lot was jammed the month of December every day. Now that the holidays are over they still are busy so the store is doing something right it’s had much success there since it opened a good 10 years ago or more

I love the deals. I hate the customers. They are so rude and have no respect for the store, always making such a mess like it's the apocalypse has come and it's the end of the world. I never knew people were like this til I came to this store.

I am very pleased and so happy I found my dress last minute. They have beautiful dresses and styles here for an amazing price. Staff are quick and efficient.store is cleaner than most Burlington stores I've been too

This Burlington thing is deep. I will fight you bout my Burlington. My 20 something son worked at the Worcester location. He broke my heart. 1st he played dumb about his 30% discount or was it 25 idk but he played hard to get and he didn't even shop there! Anywho, I finally got that sweet red employee discount and I was Burlington Royalty and then he lost his job and the card! After all I've done for him. I still shop there but it's like paying cash for groceries after you had foodstamps..it didn't feel right but me and Burlington pushed through

We went to our Worcester Burlington Coat Factory on March 28th 2023 , this store is extremely well lit . Nice big large store. Had a decent amount of stuff , wide variety of odd's & ends. Sone selections of this store were really messy & so were really neat & tidy. We "all" got some interesting stuff & left Burlington happy 😊 ! I got a nice Heavy-duty tote - bag with a Gaint Camera 📷 on , as a " Photography 📸 " I had to get that bag ! It was a fantastic price ! I do enjoy shopping at Burlington stores, this store is overall a good store ! The Men's Restroom was so extremely clean , " NOT " messy at all ! That was a blessing to use a clean pubic bathroom. The employees were nice ! I'll definitely go back to our local Burlington store ! Hopefully soon ? Burlington has a lot of unique & unusual stuff here ! ------------------------------- Updated : Went here This pasted Wednesday November 1st,2023 , still 5 stars , some of the selctions in the store were a bit of messy and some weren't too bad. Overall, it was a nice store , got some interesting stuff and unusual stuff here. The biggest problem the store has is that they are short - staffed on Upfront Cashiers we had to wait a little longer than expected. That was the only issue that seemed to be a problem. I do intend to come here again soon ,when they get more of their Hoilday/ Christmas inventory in. They were in the process of switching their seasonal (from Halloween / Autum " Fall" ) to ( Christmas/ Hoilday) stuff. The employees are very nice here . Good experience again !

My son needed clothes for fall and winter so we headed to Burlington Coat Factory. And...we made out like bandits! The prices were great, the selection was pretty good, and they even had his sizes. Needless to say it was a very successful shopping trip!!!
